Before & After
Here’s a before & after bathroom remodeling story of a homeowner we had the privilege of working with.
These Champlin, MN homeowners moved into a house with an outdated and incomplete basement. The ceiling wasn’t assembled and the entire room stood in stark contrast to the rest of their home, making it feel old, outdated, and inconsistent with the rest of their home. They wanted to find a way to add a facelift to the room and make it a functional, modern, cozy hang out spot for family and friends! That’s when they started the conversation with Stonehearth Remodeling!
We began the process by exploring the home and talking with the owners about their dream vision for the space. We could see the potential in the room – at this point in the stage it was all about allowing our designers to translate the homeowners vision into a dream design for what became one of our favorite small-scale basement remodels.
After landing on an agreed upon design, we started the project which involved bringing a modern small-scale kitchen area, as well as a beautiful quartz island with a built-in wine storage unit. We finished the main hang area keeping a balance in mind between the sheek white walls and the original natural wood walls to create a cozy and inviting atmostphere.
When all was said and done, the homeowners were incredibly happy with both the design as well as the process it took to get there!
