After confirming we’re a great fit, our team takes the next step — visiting your home to better understand the space, its potential, and how your goals fit within it. During this in-home consultation, we’ll capture photos, and talk through your design preferences, “must-haves,” and overall vision. This meeting lays the foundation for a thoughtful plan and accurate proposal tailored specifically to your home.

ASSESS EXISTING CONDITIONS Our team will review visible structural elements, layout constraints, and property documentation to understand what’s possible.

REFINE THE PLAN Back in the office, we’ll translate everything into a clear recap of the meeting and outline the direction for your project. In most cases, a design agreement is completed at this stage before we move into layout ideas or interior design planning. Once that agreement is in place, we can begin preparing early schematic pricing to help define your project’s comfort zone and investment range.
