Greg and Jenna are both very knowledgeable, friendly and always had time to answer all of our questions. The project was done on time, within budget and turned out beautiful. I highly recommend Stonehearth for your remodeling projects.  We used them to frame in a new bathroom. They were efficient. Greg, the owner, also walked me through everything I would need during this project. He directed me in the right direction for things we were doing ourselves. I have been overall very happy from start to finish with my experience with Stonehearth Remodeling.  My designer had recommended them to me because she had been pleased with their work on past projects. I was amazed that sub-contractors came out before I even agreed to a contract to look at and give bids on the project. The contract was all laid out in great detail with what was to be done, what materials to be used and costs for each phase of my 3 bathroom remodel and whole house update.  I was happy with the communications along the way.  Sub-contractors were good and some exceptionally good.  Had a lot of tile work done and Luke did a beautiful job. Any concerns were addressed quickly and possibly the very next day. Also issues that have appeared since completion have been addressed quickly.  They always have a "can do" attitude and I never felt like I had a stupid request or question. If something couldn't be done or work I always understood why because we would talk it over Half way through the project an exterior water leak was discovered and the source was determined.  Immediately a roofer, a stucco company, a window manufacturer and the drywall wall/paint contractor was called to get bids on the "oops" that was discovered.  A change order had to be worked up so that I knew what was going to be involved.  I actually had a couple change orders along the way, each handled very professionally and the costs involved workout completely before work began on them. I used Stonehearth Remodeling for a kitchen and dining room remodel as well as updated lighting throughout most of our home.  They were professional from start to finish with a bit of a glitch in the middle.  I had new cabinet doors and drawers installed in the kitchen.  The initial painting work was not to my satisfaction.  The owner called me personally to understand my concerns.  I felt heard and valued as a customer.  Greg, the owner, said "if I have to buy new doors to make it right, I will."  And, he did!  My kitchen is absolutely beautiful. We had a great experience with Stonehearth. The people are fantastic to work with, and prompt in responding to questions and concerns. We remodeled our master bedroom/bathroom and the result was excellent. The work included adding new insulation and upgrading the HVAC system to two-zone. As a result, the bedroom has remained much warmer during the winter, which was one of our goals. Some delays were due to supply chain issues, but they really tried their best to complete the job on schedule. I want to specifically recognize Pat, a carpenter and one of the project managers, who was especially helpful with a number of unforeseen issues -- he made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction.
